Exercise and physical activity is essential for our health and wellbeing!
The weekly schedule for 3/4 students includes a daily 30-minute physical activity session. Each week, Emma will provide a grid for you to select an activity from each day! Challenge yourself to see how many you can work through. You might like to record which activity you completed each day, and which ones are you favourites. Keep checking the P.E. blog each day.
Remember, your P.E. lesson is on Mondays – this is a particular 3/4 lesson for you each week, as well as your daily 30 minutes of movement.
